Welcome to Entryfy!
Entryfy Board is a part of the Entryfy system developed to let organization administrators and owners supervise and manage access control in the most convenient and effective way.
In the Entryfy software environment, you - the organization administrator - have an e-mail and a password that you use for accessing both Entryfy Board - the web admin panel - and Entryfy mobile app.
Your e-mail address has already been added to the system database. Check your inbox for the invitation letter.
- Follow the instructions in the letter to set up your personal Entryfy password.
Make sure your password is secure. It has to include lower and upper cases and at least one numeral.
If the inbox doesn't contain the letter, check the Spam bin. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if the letter is not there or something doesn't work.
- With the password set, go to www.admin.entryfy.com
- To enter the system, use the e-mail address and the password you've just set
If the e-mail and password are valid, but you still cannot enter the admin area, it means that you don't have the authorization for that. This case is beyond Entryfy support team's responsibilities.
Once you're in, you see the list of organizations you're allowed to manage.
- Choose the needed organization
You're free to switch between your organizations while in the admin area. Click on in the top right corner for that. Use the same icon to leave Entryfy Board.
- Click on to open the selection menu
In the menu, you'll see the following tabs:
Dashboard - the home page you're on right now. Use it to observe general information about organization.
Access logs - get the information as for who opened which door and when.
- Audit logs - inspect the actions a user takes within a system.
Punch clock - find out when users enter a certain area and when they leave. Download the report.
Users - create and manage users.
Groups - manage user credentials, set up who can enter a door using this or that sort of credential (auth type).
Group sets - create groups of groups for more convenient access management.
Security devices - check your organization's devices and doors.
Checkpoints - create workspaces to apply Punch clock.
Schedules - set the rules for regular access.
Temporary access - emit guest, one-off credentials.
