While taking certain actions within the Entryfy Board, you may notice that the supposed result of these actions is not presented immediately, For example, you've just created a user but cannot see him/her listed. Or you've just assigned a schedule to a Group, but it appears that the action wasn't successful and the old schedule is still in place.
To not reflect the changes immediately is a normal system behavior. It often accompanies the heavy-weight actions requiring the delivery of data to a door controller.
The successful actions are normally accompanied by a green-themed notification, such as this one:
The result of the actions you take are displayed only after they are performed and finished by the system. This may take up to 10 minutes, which means that if you want to double-check the result, you need to do it at least 10 minutes after you've performed the operation.
When you do something within the Entryfy Board, you're actually sending a request to apply changes with certain results. For these results to be achieved, the system routinely takes some time. The more Users/Groups/Doors you have, the more time the actions generally take because door controllers are very limited in their data transferring capabilities. Therefore, the credentials you've supposedly issued to the user right now will actually become valid a bit later, normally about 10 minutes later.
If you see the red-themed notification after the action taken, the notification such as this one,
then make a screenshot and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Attach the screenshot and provide as many details as you can to help us solve the problem in the shortest time.
If you see the success notification upon the action taken but the changes are not reflected 10 minutes from the moment you've initiated them, please contact us at email@example.com. Try to give as many details as you can to help us solve the problem in the shortest time.
